We are always here to support you and your dancer,
and we aim to make communication as smooth and efficient as possible.

Best Method of Contact

The most effective way to reach us is by email.
You’ll receive a prompt response during our admin working hours on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, where you’ll be assisted by our friendly Admin Leader, who will be happy to guide you, answer questions and direct your enquiry to the right team member.

Phone Contact

We do have a school work phone that can be used as a point of contact.
However, please keep in mind that our teachers are often:

• In the studio teaching
• Leading classes in the community
• Supporting students directly

If we are unable to answer right away, we will return your call as soon as possible during our working hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Our Head Parent Liaison Officer, Steph, is here to help.
Steph is the warm and welcoming face at our school entrance and is always happy to listen, reassure, and support our families.
