Welcome to 2ThePointe!
We’re more than a dance school – we’re a family. At 2ThePointe, energy, nurture, and community are at the heart of everything we do. We’re a recreational school, which means students enjoy all the benefits of dance – confidence, fitness, creativity, and friendship – while still learning strong technique and achieving great results.
With a wide range of classes and services to choose from, including children’s and adult dance, Zumbini, dance in education, and even unforgettable children’s parties, there’s something for everyone.
Our dancers follow the internationally recognised I.D.T.A syllabus, working towards qualifications while also performing in our exciting school shows, exams, fundraising, and community events. We follow a two-year cycle, alternating between performance-focused years and exam-focused years, ensuring students experience both the thrill of performing and the discipline of exam preparation. Whether you’re taking your first steps or chasing big dance dreams, you’ll find your place with us.
Our Ethos
At our dance school, inclusivity and diversity are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that everyone has the right to dance, regardless of their background or abilities. Our focus is on each individual dancer, celebrating their unique journey of growth and improvement. We are committed to recognising and rewarding their achievements every step of the way, ensuring that every dancer feels valued and supported.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every individual can experience the joy of dance. We are dedicated to nurturing each dancer’s unique potential, fostering their growth, and celebrating their achievements. Through personalized attention and a supportive community, we aim to inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of dance in every student.
Our Enviroment
We are proud to call Brandhall Primary School our home, with a large, bright, and safe studio space designed to inspire. Flooded with natural light from big windows and kept fresh with excellent ventilation, it’s the perfect setting for dance.
Our studio is fully equipped with ballet barres, full-length mirrors, gym mats, yoga blocks, props and more – everything dancers need to learn, grow, and enjoy themselves. Parents are also welcome to relax in a designated waiting area, complete with space to chat and enjoy a coffee while their children dance.
