Class Description
& All That’s Sass is an 18+ heels class open to all abilities, designed to celebrate confidence, empowerment, and self-expression. Whether you’re new to heels or an experienced dancer, this class offers a supportive and inclusive environment where you can move, feel strong, and have fun. Heels are optional, with alternative footwear always welcome.
Classes focus on building confidence, posture, balance, and fluidity, while learning sassy, expressive choreography that encourages individuality and attitude. & All That’s Sass is about owning your movement, embracing your style, and leaving class feeling empowered, confident, and unapologetically you.
